Mission Statement
 
Founded by screenwriters in 1993, the purpose of the organization is to provide members with the opportunity to explore the crafts and business of writing, filmmaking and network with screenwriters, published authors, and film professionals.

NCWF officers take time to address concerns of members and enjoy conversation and networking at each meeting. Members also receive up to the minute updates on film happenings in Northern California including Sacramento, Reno/Tahoe and the Bay area
